Urs on making music with a 10ms latency

With about 10 magical milliseconds of latency, SoundJack (http://soundjack.eu) provides a solution for “distant performing” executed by a group of musicians in a quasi real time communication over the network. The equivalent of those 10 ms is about 3,5 meters of distance between two musicians located in the same room.

Get inspired by the experts introduction (https://lnkd.in/ddK834N) and a concert with Jamie Cullum and his “5G Band” (https://lnkd.in/dYsKjGG) that happened in March last year. SoundJack is a result of Alexander Carôt and team (https://lnkd.in/di8Dw54).

As drummers, composers and instructors in the Rudimental Drumming domain this technology might give us an alternative to those physical rehearsals we are eagerly missing during the COVID-19 crisis.

It would be a pleasure to have some musicians helping to try out SoundJack and set up remote sessions.
