Ben is presenting his Chapter Australia
Ben has a keen interest in the world of rudimental drumming and developments in the Australian drum corps movement. His own works draw inspiration from the country’s colonial beginnings.
Ben was born in the Netherlands where he played piano and snare drum from a young age. His family later migrated to Australia, where Ben studied percussion throughout school and university. Ben serves as a percussionist in the Royal Australian Air Force Band and the Air Force Drum Corps.
